Life Is Not a Spectator Sport

I am a 53 years young single woman. I hope one thing I learned in my life is "balance, " part of that should be on a cycle, with someone else of course. I think I got the desire to ride at age 13 when my dad brought home 2 Yamaha 350, insisting I learn to ride. It has been several years since that time, now I would like to ride, but this time someone else in the driver's seat. My life is simple, I choose it that way. Several years ago I made the conscious decision to leave corporate america in the legal profession, leave the house and belongings in suburbia and never look back. My goal is never to just sit back in a rocker "watching" life pass by. Embrace any adventure that comes, learn new things alot more fulfilling. I am an independent woman, NOT seeking my happiness from anyone but myself. Friends tell me sometimes my kindness can be viewed as a weakness. But I don't see myself that way. Yes, I am kind but never weak, I have clear boundaries of who is in control of my choices. Money and looks do not impress me, but a man with integrity has an open door. I chose to explore all options for my future, including meeting someone willing to take me for a ride of a lifetime. I have a dream to drive a sports car into heaven right thru the pearly gates. Laughter is a necessary part of my existence. Without laughter my longevity will be short. I seek out like-minded friends with plenty of humor. I have a pensive side when I need a time for thinking on life. Candles, good music, glass of wine just "my time" for rejuvenating. Now you may be asking yourself why is this woman on a sight for riders when she hasn't riden since the age of 13? Life is about chances, change and willing to look beyond yourself, beyond the bigger picture, and embrace these adventures, after all, you only live once, its my turn to give it a ride...straight into heaven, alone, or with someone else.

not sure, I feel lucky to have done and tried a diverse amount of fun activities in my life from camping alot, traveling all of the US and some out of country, water sports, snow sports, fortunate to be around plenty of horses and outdoors and metro living. I feel blessed to have experienced more things than alot of people do.
